Located only 3 miles north of Fort William town centre and just ¼ mile off the A82 trunk road, our large modern house is easy to find and offers rural tranquillity amid spectacular scenery. We are within easy reach of both bus and rail services and all the facilities that are normally available in a sizeable town. From within the house and its extensive garden grounds there are uninterrupted views towards the North Face of Ben Nevis (see image below) and the adjacent slopes of Carn Mor Dearg and Aonach Mor. The accommodation comprises of 2 double-bedded rooms (one en-suite and one standard room), 2 twin-bedded rooms (one en-suite and one standard room that can be offered with private facilities), one standard triple room (contains a double bed and a single bed) and one standard single room (contains a large single bed). All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with washbasin, hospitality tray, TV, radio alarm and hair dryer.

Available exclusively for the use of our guests is a large lounge that contains a wide selection of books and a range of board games. Our prices include a full Scottish breakfast served from 07.45 hours. For those departing earlier than that a continental breakfast can be made available by prior arrangement.
We do not take children under 5 years of age and dogs are not permitted within the house. A strict no smoking policy operates throughout the house.
