The Alamo is a friendly family-run guest house. This elegant Victorian building is centrally located and yet situated in a quiet street overlooking Kelvingrove Park. We are within easy walking distance of both the Glasgow City Centre and the attractions of the West End such as Glasgow's Hunterian Museum, Kelvin Hall, Museum of Transport and the S.E.C.C. Our accommodation comprises: 2 Single Rooms, One Twin Room, 7 Double Rooms and 2 Family/Triple Rooms. Most rooms are able to take at least one extra put me down bed, if needed. Reduction for children.
We are only ten miles from Glasgow's International Airport (20 minutes). Kelvin Hall and Kelvin Bridge underground stations are 5-10 minutes away and Central & Queen Street Stations only 5 minutes by taxi. Public transport is 2 minutes away.
