The house is typical of the Edwardian period, stone built with large rooms retaining lots of original features, sitting in mature gardens. We are less than 5 mins walk to the centre of Inverness and to the bus and railway station. The airport is only approx 10 minutes drive away. Spend an evening at the Theatre or pictures or just unwind taking an evening stroll along the banks and over the islands on the river Ness. Prices from: £30 per person/night
We have one double room, one twin bedded room and one king size bedroom. Each spacious room has en suite facilities, high powered showers, flat screen/digital TV, DVD/CD and radio. Relax in your room with a cup of tea or coffee and sample some of our complimentary home baking.

We are ideally situated to explore many attractions: Culloden Visitor Centre, the site of the last battle fought on British soil, or Loch Ness for some monster exploring. After a days sightseeing why not stay in our largest room with en suite bathroom and luxury toiletries. Pour yourself a night cap before snuggling down in the king size bed.
Whenever possible we use local ingredients from high quality Highland suppliers. We have private parking so leave your car and stroll to one of the many restaurants and bars to unwind and enjoy live music and entertainment.
There are Inverness sightseeing tours, specialising in Highland history, heritage, natural history and Jacobite locations, or you can take a trip on the Moray Firth spotting dolphins. Visit Cawdor castle, Fort George or the Caledonian canal. There are 5 great golf courses and you can try trout fishing or go pony trekking in the heart of Glen Affric. We are also convenient for the Rock Ness and Beladrum music festivals.
