Located near to the River Ness on a quiet street, our family run guesthouse is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. This detached and elegant Victorian house provides excellent holiday accommodation has a 3 Star tourist board rating. We are situated very close to all major transport links and just off the A82. Prices from £25 per person/night
All bedrooms are en suite except 2 single room that each have their own private bathroom. We have 8 single rooms, 11 double rooms, 4 twin rooms and 5 family rooms. Each room is individually appointed to a very high standard with TV, alarm clocks, hairdryers, tea, coffee and refreshments. All rooms have cosy duvets, fresh cotton sheets and fluffy towels

Ardross is completely non smoking. There is ample free car parking at the front and rear.
Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served in the dining room between 7.30 and 9.30. We provide a choice of a full hearty Scottish breakfast or a lighter but equally satisfying continental breakfast. With prior arrangement, specialist menus can be catered for.
