The owners are very welcoming. The rooms very clean and tidy. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for them, they will go out of their way to help. A really good place to stay

Excellent room , clean and very well equipped and warm. Very easy walk to the town centre and we were given good info about where to go and what to do. Delicious breakfast and hospitality very pleasant.

Location

Loved the boat trip up Loch Ness on Jacobite and the Culloden Battle fields.

Outstanding facilities (shower), very clean, big room, excellent breakfast, very good location, nice hosts. One of the best B&B's we've come across in Scotland so far.

THE ROOM WAS LOVELY THERE WAS 3 OF US SHARING AND PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ALL OF US WHEN WE ARRIVED IT WAS VERY WET AND COLD BUT THEY HAD PUT AN EXTRA HEATER IN OUR ROOM,VERY PLEASANT COUPLE WOULD GO BACK AGAIN

WE WENT ON THE JACOBITE CRUISE TOUR AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY ALSO TOOK A WALK UP TO THE CASTLE SPLENDID VIEWS, VERY GOOD SHOPPING CENTRE AND LOADS OF PLACES TO EAT, VERY HELPFUL AT THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE, WE ALSO FOUND A LOVELY GARDEN CENTRE ,A NICE WALK UP PAST THE CATHEDRAL

The rooms were very spacious, clean and very pleasant. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were very kind and looked after our every need.

Location

It is very easy to get to the centre of Inverness and we didn't notice the walk at all.

I was made very welcome, the accomodation was excellent and the hospitality was of a high standard. highly recommended.

Location

The location was ideal to the City centre which was only about 5 minutes walk and close to the river.
