A very warm welcome with those facilities I required provided, or directed toward. An excellent breakfast. The only down point for myself was the size of our toilet cubical.

The room was very clean, neat and very acceptable but what made the stay really enjoyable was the terrific welcome and enthusiastic service. We were made to feel really at home, and nothing was too much bother. We had freshly prepared breakfasts, there was plenty of fresh fruit, everything was served with a smile.
Location
We were within a ten minutes walk of Union Street - full of great places to eat and shop.

The room was clean and basic. Yet the duvet covers should have been cleaned.
It was a handy location and matched what we paid for.
Our breakfast was good, yet we felt we were rushed and had to finish early, even though we had an hour until checking out.
Overall our stay was good, would stay there again for its location, near the college.
Location
Its location is near the college, and it is about 10/15 mins walk to the city centre. Regular buses are available outside the guestside which makes it a handy location.
