The room was clean and tidy. Everything was in working order. The bathroom was clean and tidy and the shower was good. The manageress was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but the cooked breakfast could have been better.

Location

The guesthouse's position in Inverness was perfect. It was only a short walk to the city centre, with delightful walks along the river.

Room was spacious and very clean, great value for money, hospitality was first class and the food was excellent. Would definately recommend this accommodation highly and we would definately return.

The Guest House was in a brilliant location, ideal for walking into town (5 mins) and to Bught Park (5 / 10 mins) in the opposite direction.

THE WELCOME WAS VERY WARM, WE HAD JUST TRAVELLED OVER 350 MILES AND WERE VERY HUNGRY, OWNERS RECOMMENDED A GOOD PLACE TO EAT. ROOMS WERE UP TO A HIGH STANDARD AS WAS THE BREAKFAST. WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.... WELL DONE

room was clean and comfortable ,but needed more heating on at certain times and felt it was a little more expensive for this guest house however it was an excellent location.and food was ok.

plenty to see and do too many to mention.
