The guest house is very kind to retrieve our lost item and return to us by post. It is a guest house borders to take "the second mile" for their guests. I'll recommend it to my friends.

Room was clean and comfortable and we received a warm welcome. But it felt a bit expensive all in all given that hotels offer similar for about the same money. But breakfast was good and service was good.

Location

We were there to compete in the Loch Ness Marathon and the countryside is beautiful, Inverness itself good for eating and drinking and for travelling around the area.

Friendly warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was beautifully clean. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money, particularly for "singles". (We are so often charged outrageous supplements by hotels.)

Location

We used Alban Guest House as an overnight stop-over after travelling up by train from Kings Cross and making an onward journey the next day to Strontian for a week's holiday. We reversed the process at the end of the holiday before travelling back to Kings Cross, so I am unable to comment in this section.

Very good accomodation and everyone was very friendly. Excellent breakfasts.

Location

The location was very good for tourist attractions, especially Dunrobin Castl, which is absolutley beautiful and well worth the visit. We only had two nights here but were able to see a lot of the countryside in that time.
