high value for money! rooms are neat and tidy, albeit a wee bit small. great hospitality and eagerness to please. breakfast was very good and well organised! free wifi well in order as well as color TV in the bedroom as well as the "lounge/breakfast room".
Location
B&B about 5minutes walk from the city centre. off street parking available. Inverness Castle, Loch Ness, Urquart Castle, Leisure Centre with swimming pool for the kids, Glenn Ord whisky, Ullapool, etc etc.
Were very pleased with the dinner at Bella Italia! Never had such a kind of Tiramisu!!

Standard of room was good and whilst a little smaller than I might have wished it was sufficient.
Had a little trouble as for me the room was too warm but opening window let in noise, but that is personal taste I guess. Hopitality, food, facilities and value for money all excellent. Especially enjoyed the warm, friendly and helpful welcome.

Location was excellent, within easy reach of station, shops and the wlaks alongside river. i was only staying one night before moving on to my final destination but am thinking of returning especially attracted by Leaky's bookshop

The value was great. The family was super friendly and really accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast and was treated very well.
Location
Very close to city centre and the bus station. Was located in a nice residential area within walking distance of pubs and grocery store.

George and his wife were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Accomodation was great as was breakfast. Would definitely recommend. The B&B is great for accessing the town centre. George also recommended a nice pub which was a 10 minute walk away, where we had a great night.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The welcome was lovely and the breakfast really good.

Excellent hospitality! I wanted to visit a grave on the outskirts whilst up in Inverness - the owner was even kind enough to drive me there!!!
