The rooms were well equipped, clean, comfortable, tidy and with all ammenities that we required :- i.e. en - suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a television. We thoght it was good value for money.
The breakfasts were excellent and the staff we dealt with were very pleasant.
If we need to stay in Inverness again i would have no hesitation in booking this guest house again.
Location
The Guest house had a very wide selection of leaflets for attractions to visit. We were there for only one full day and had already planned to do a boat trip on Loch Ness so actually didn't need to use there leaflets.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, GOOD BREAKFAST, ROOMS ARE OK, NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR, WE PARKED JUST IN THE MAIN DOOR.

ITīS NEAR RIVER NESS, AND ITīS SITUATED IN THE STREET OF ST. ANDREWS CATHEDRAL.
ITīS NEAR CENTRE.
INVERNESS ITīS A BEAUTIFUL CITY, THERE IS A SPANISH RESTAURANT BUT THE FOOD ITīS BETTER IN SPAIN.
WE VISITED CULLODEN, I RECOMEND IT, THE VISIT IT WAS VERY INSTRUCTIVE AND I LEARN A LOT OF THE SCOTLANDīS HISTORY.

Room clean and of adequate size; excellent value for money; proprietors very friendly; food very good; location excellent.

Accommodation only a few minutes walk from city centre, and even nearer to great bars and restaurants.
Inverness is a great base for touring favourite locations, and we will definitely be back.

The helpfulness of staff when we realised that I had booked for the wrong two nights accomodation. The breakfasts were excellent and the accomodation too .
Location
Inverness was a very nice place to visit. Lots of history and the shopping was first rate.
