Very good location, very clean,tidy, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast although you only get between 8 and 8-30 to have it. Would certainly stay again.

this was an excellent b.b the room was spotless, the food was excellent and the owners very helpful only one small complaint about room the bulbs were missing from bedside overheard lamp but would certainly return to this lovely house.

we did not have a lot ot time to visit, as we were catching a train to kyle oflochalsh at 9.oo but we have been to inverness many time at it is one of our special places with many places of interest

The room was basic but comfortable-infact it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The location was in warking distance to the town centre, were we had a lovely evening meal at the mustard seed.
