Mr. John Munro did everything to see that we were comfortable. We have all praise for him for running such a wonderful and homely bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay here for the room and wonderful location for such a normal price.

Hospitality, food and location were excellent and overall very good value for money but marking down to good for standard of room which was not as good as other rooms and didn't match the excellent mark of the other factors. Basically would stay there again but would prefer a different room.
Location
Excellent location with really good food options in immediate area. Also pleasant option for evening stroll. entertainment and general ambience of area quite comfortable.

the hospitality was outstanding, we felt very welcome. The food was of good quality and vast in variety. The room was clean and covered our needs. The location of the B&B is oustanding. The only thing improvable would be the mattresses
Location
The B&B is close to the castle. In walking distance to the tourist information centre and a lot of shops. the Ness Walk is right outside the front door, a lovely and leisurely walk along the river.

Excellent room!!! gretly furnished.. well cleaned and perfumed as fresh every day!!
Great hospitality and the breakfast was yummy!!!
Would recommend any day..

Bang in the centre of the city.. you have mexican, indian, brit, italian and fast food joints right next to it!!
The loch right opposite to it is fantastic and the castle over it has no adjectives to explain!!

the standard of the room was excellent! very clean and tidy and comfortable. the breakfast was scrumtious, we were made to feel very welcome, and received a warm reception from the proprietors.
Location
the cathedral and castle, and being so close, well actually in the middle of the town centre, it was very conveinient for everything

We booked a room with 2 twins but when we got there John gave us a large room with a double bed and single! The room was clean, large and quiet. There was free wi-fi which allowed us to send home some pictures while on vacation. Although there wasn't much on the TV John had a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD's we could watch as I had my son who couldn't easily take in the night life. Breakfast was great.
Location
Excellent location, just across the bridge from the main shopping and resturants. The river walk along the Ness was right outside our door and very beautiful for an evening stroll or jogging in the morning. Grocery store just across the street was very convient. Within 2 blocks of the bus stop for Jacobite tours bus, travel information center just across bridge, train station about 4 easy blocks.

Room was excellent, John vewry friendly and breakfast excellent. Just didn't have clean towels on the last night but overall very pleasent experience

The owner was extremely helpful and hospitable, getting up early to give me a full cooked breakfast before the normal time so that I could catch a 7.55am train and the location is extremely convenient with a pleasing view as is advertised.
The one small drawback was the lack of an ensuite toilet but given the price of £28 this was great value for money.
Location
as a long-departed native of Inverness I was particularly pleased to be able to revisit the Ness Islands in the middle of the river which offer a delightful, easily accessible walk.
