Hosting was excellent, accommodation roomy. Very homely and good value for money for bed and breakfast provision. Off road parking is what initially attracted us to this provider.
Location
Very well placed as within 15 minutes walking distance of the centre of town.

Room was comfortable and warm, tastefully decorated, with refreshments. Excellent ensuite facilities too. Excellent value for money for a single room. Very welcoming and friendly hosts, always made sure I had everything I needed. Was offered to watch the big TV and sky movies in the lounge if I wanted. Large selection of nice breakfast food.
Location
I was not staying as a visitor to Inverness, and know the city well, but hosts did provide a big folder of local information in the bedroom for visitors. Information included good places to eat, bus timetables, leaflets and brochures on things to do and see in the area etc.

The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming with plenty of off street parking. Our hosts were friendly and happy to provide information about local attractions and amenities. The breakfast was fantastic.
Location
Inverness was a great place to base ourselves for a couple of days to explore some of the wonderful nearby attractions such as the Cairgorms and the Culloden Battlefield.

We loved our stay at Culcabock house!The room was outstanding and fantastic value for money. I could not fault the hospitality Tommy and Jean were brilliant and made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. They made us feel very welcome in their beuatiful B&B. I have recommended Clucabock House to friends and family and I will be returning. The food was excellent, although my partner is now addicted to honey!!!

Super location, with easy walking distance from the town centre, river ness and Inverness castle. It was also in fantastic location for visiting Loch Ness.
