arrived at hotel was shown to a room the bedlinen was unclean and the room was not very clean was shown two futher room which where the same they took us to another room which was a little better by this time all we wanted to do was get settle in and get our wet cloths changed my wife was not happy as she had booked it as a brithday treat for me would not use it again breakfast was not up to standard as we have better in the same class off hotels

vist spoiled by standard off hotel other wise the shops and local pubs great food inlocal pubs great ie lauders renfrew street and yates shopping at the fouge good plenty off choices and cheap

We were in twin room 3rd floor - a lift would be beneficial.
Shower unit requires repairs on ceiling and around the shower base unit.
Location
In a very good location for shopping and very handy to the Bus Station.

Las habitaciones y el hotel en general daban miedo, lo único que lo salva es el desayuno, de ahí que no le haya puesto la peor de las puntuaciones. La noche que dormimos allí tuvimos que hacerlo vestidos para no rozarnos con nada...

micro-room, normal hospitality, less pleasant than the other places
normal food: one morning we had to wait twenty minutes to have breakfast because there were too many people.

standard of room was below average just stopped at keswick for the same price and was much cleaner and in better repair. found room to be grubby with dirty marks and also a strange unpleasant smell of what appeared to be cleaning product in the room. However have to say that the hospitality was of a high standard and the breakfast room was very clean and tidy with the breakfast being of high standard so thank you for that.
